Senator Joseph BidenSen. Joe Biden put his foot in his mouth on the day he officially announced his 2008 presidential bid in a spectacular fashion that would make Sen. John Kerry proud.
Sen. Biden remarked about his Democratic rival Sen. Barack Obama "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, I mean, that's a storybook, man."
Sen. Kerry could not have done a better job putting a foot in the mouth. When Dems express how they truly feel about something in a momment of honesty its just a thing of beauty. While it would be wrong to say Sen. Biden is a racist, one could conclude his opinion of African-American is very low. If a Republican senator had made the same stupid comment yesterday, Dems and African-American leaders would be calling for his resignation today.

I know I am commenting on an old post, but this is just another example of your lack of comprehension. I think you need to look up the definition of “Mainstream.” Once you have done that you will realise that Senator Biden (or should I say Vice president Biden) said nothing wrong. You can't spell, your comprehension is appalling and your grammar is worse. You seem to think of yourself as a Goldwater Republican but besides having a quote or two by Goldwater on this site you express no ideas that the man would have supported. You use logical fallacies in most of your arguments and you're all around the most distasteful piece of Neo-con American trash I have ever read. I am so glad that you seem to have stopped writing this Blog. I guess the demise of the Republican presidency has made you ashamed to show your face.
