Mayor Ray Nagin of New Orleans outlining his plans for a chocolate future in front of Congress and what he want to do with all non-chocolate people.At least there is a Democrat somewhere coming up with some new ideas, too bad its Nazi style genocide. I guess the Dems are going back to their mudering socialist roots that we saw from the Soviet Union and the Nazis.
